CoA Co-Leader, Mewsa

Description: Mewsa the Mew. She leads the Church of Arceus under Tobi. Many Mews are in this world, much more common than before. She, however, is different. She is not playful like her brethren. She is quite sly and cruel. But every now and then, she does have her playful moments. Her face is more fox like than cat like, also unlike her brethren.

Special skills: Level limiter. (This skill is that makes her such a high ranked Member. This brings all opponents level temporarily down to 10, reducing their stats and overall fighting ability, but doesn't effect evolution or Moves. Only problem is, it cant determine ally from opponent, so all Pokemon in range fall victim to the effect. But Pokemon who evolve certain ways and those whose level is high enough are not effected. One of those Pokemon is Gengar, which is a big problem for her.)

Moves: Frozen Claw, Flame Claw, Thunder Claw, and Zen Headbutt. (Those are new claw moves introduced. Each have a chance of Freezing, Burning, or Paralysis, respectively, High critical hit Ratio, and 70 base power. But PP of 10.)

Ability: None. (Level limiter suppresses it for some reason.)

Level: 37 (Her skill makes it very difficult for her to train, since she can't control it.)
